Terms of Use
These are the terms and conditions of use of the RSD Associates/RSD Mobile
E-Shop.
Refunds
Software purchased (by companies) from the RSD Associates/RSD Mobile E-Shop may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Please contact us prior to any return for a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
RSD Associates does not accept returns for CD media orders and confirmed license renewal orders.
Products which include SMS message credits (such as the CommuniText add-in for
Outlook) are not eligible for 30-day refunds. SMS message purchases are
covered by the SMS Services T&C.

You may
purchase products in our E-Shop using either Mastercard or Visa. All prices are in Pounds Sterling.
